Mshasho History

Mshasho is a well known African brand founded by Namibian Musician, Martin "The Dogg" aka “King TD” Morocky in 2003. The name Mshasho is derived from its original name Omushasho which is the Oshiwambo name for a shotgun. The brand started off with a record label and then later into apparel The label has shaped careers for artists such as Sunny Boy, OmPuff, Tre Van Die Kasie, House Prince, K Pillest and many more. The label has released over ten albums, making it one of the leading record labels in the country.
Mshasho continues to be a record label scouting for new talent, while its founder King TD slowly transitions from an active artist to a business man who has also branched into business ventures such a clothing label and printing company “Luana Printing”. He has also shifted into the corporate space, allowing the Mshasho brand to resonate on a more professional level aiding corporations' fluence and ability to create awareness around their products through entertainment.
